Usabilla Case Study & Infographic

Usabilla, a Dutch startup specializing in online usability testing, conducted a case study in the travel sector for airline, hotel and comparison sites. I assisted in analyzing the test results and created coordinating infographics to illustrate our findings. View the case study

 

In 2011, I was lucky enough to work at the fantastic startup Usabilla in Amsterdam. I worked on a variety of projects at Usabilla, but one of the more fun tasks was creating an infographic to complement a case study Usabilla conducted in the travel sector.

My plan of attack

• Analyze: I analyzed the testing feedback from more than 800 users using Usabilla’s online testing tool. The feedback included click points, click paths, comments, and timing.
• Sketching: Sketched ideas for illustrating the case study results in a clear and engaging fashion.
• Illustration: Worked in Photoshop to create the final infographic design
