Usabilla Redesign
Usabilla, a Dutch startup specializing in online usability testing, wanted to redesign their admin interface to make it easier for users to create online usability tests, gather feedback from testers and display results in a clear and precise way.
At Usabilla, I worked with the marketing and development teams to create a new system of interactions for creating tests, implemented a social media strategy to gather test participants, and designed a clear and concise way to display test outcomes.
My plan of attack
- Collaboration: Worked closely with the marketing and development teams to understand the user lifecycle and issues users were acing while creating tests.
- Brainstorming: Investigated ways to present the Usabilla tool in a more engaging way and to simplify how results were communicated to test owners.
- Sketching: Sketched ideas for interactions and displays.
- Wireframing: Finalized the designs for the microsite and Twitter visualization page. Worked closely with the visual designer to ensure our design goals were achieved.
