The challenge was to rejuvenate a retirement company’s homepage and member-only website to align with their overall rebranding strategy. TIAA-CREF wanted to provide their customers with a new digital experience that focused around the concept: Help me feel confident about my retirement.
MetLife Auto & Home wanted to redesign their internal insurance quote and application systems to improve the efficiency of their customer service staff and provide better service to prospective MetLife clients. The original system could take up to 4 hours to complete a quote or application, and MetLife needed help not only with a system redesign, but with a reorganization of information and database architecture
